Mind: The foundation of all coaching and mentorship work is mindset work. I have a modality that really simplifies the mindset process so we actually don’t need to spend much time on mindset at all. Just some quick tune ups and reminders here and there. Oh, and some BIG AF identity work. Because it all comes down to identity work. Your identity has already shifted since when started feeling the pull to your next LEAP here.
Body: This is where the gold is. Our body is a conduit for Universal Intelligence. Our body is an instrument of God. But sometimes along the journey of life we have lost the deep connection to self trust, confidence, and how to move with conviction. Through guiding you to come in deeper into your embodiment, you are able to unlock a higher level of intuition and widen your channel for service of your own soul’s passion and mission. Everything is my world is body-based. From this space we are able to create a sustainable business model and thriving relationships that last a lifetime. The continued journey of deepening into the body as we rise in consciousness.
Sex: I spent years focused specifically on supporting women with sexuality work, and most of it trauma healing. This is the niche of my work that really has my programs standing out from other holistic feminine mentors. Sexual energy is life force energy. It is our creative flow. When we have any blockages around our sexuality, we are greatly limited in our capacity to create, receive, and thrive. I guide you back to getting your energy circulating through your body so you become a radiant, turned on, magnetic woman who feels SAFE receiving the infinite abundance that is available for her in every single moment. This is not “have the best orgasm of your life” work. This is “harness the primordial powers of creation and pleasure in your womb and yoni” work. (And you will have the best orgasms of your life as a byproduct.)
Money: This is where we really get to play! Money is power. Money is freedom. Money is love. One of my greatest passions in life is guiding women into SECURE relating with money. Releasing the anxious attachment patters. Releasing the avoidant attachment patterns. And coming home to the nourishing frequencies of wealth, abundance, and prosperity. This journey is SO personal and there is no “one path to financial freedom.” The core of this work is always energetics, but we also focus on getting our masculine structures, systems, and custom strategies in place to create clear channels for money to be received through. The financial liberation path is truly for the bold. Especially for those of us who are on the journey of ascension through business.

Yes! I work with all individuals who desire to be empowered and embodied in their highest version of Self. I work with all individuals who desire to come into alignment with their Masculine and Feminine polarities. I support all individuals in coming into more personal power and New Paradigm Leadership.
The areas that I am deeply trained and initiated through tend to be focused on my experience and embodiment as a heterosexual woman. This being said, I have always worked with people of all gender identities in the realms of life/embodiment coaching and spiritual/psychedelic integration.
There is a beautiful balance of integrating the wisdom of life's lived experience as well as being trained by teachers and mentors through more formalized education and lineages. I am constantly on a journey of continuing education and deepening my embodiment through life. I expanded out from my college degree in Human Services (with a focused certificate in Substance Abuse Counseling) to explore more holistic modalities. After working in traditional therapeutic environments I was desiring to contribute more deeply than what I saw being offered.
