For many of us who have faced sudden losses the impact can lead us to building armor around our hearts.
This is a protection mechanism put into place so that we will not feel the full impact of loss and can continue living life. The irony is that when we install this protection mechanism around our hearts we are no longer fully living life.
We are built to have our hearts broken.
We are built to breakthrough beyond loss.
We can only fully live when we embrace death.
We can only fully love when we embrace heartbreak.
This is a powerful art of alchemy.

“Heartbreak/Breakthrough” offers transmission, tools, and practice for integrating and completing the cycle of loss.
**The only prerequisite is a willingness and desire to let go of victim consciousness and reclaim into personal power.
